About Me

Hello! Welcome to my blog, Soul Gnocchi, and my ‘about me’ page. My name is Jennifer Szolnoki Amos. I’m 25 years old, and I love writing, food, and travel (who doesn’t?). I come from a Hungarian family, hence my unique last name which is pronounced soul gnocchi, literally.

On my blog, you can find tons of different delicious recipes and Hungarian family recipes because that cuisine is just too good to not share. You can also browse posts with my personal travel tips and things I’ve learned from traveling.

Now, a little more about me. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in English with a concentration in Creative Writing. Before that, I earned my Associates in Liberal Arts. I’m currently working as an editor for an e-commerce website. I have the best husband and 2 cats named Ned and Benjen (where are my GoT fans?). I also love snow skiing, going to the beach, and trying new foods wherever I go.
